A Grandstream phone is not able to dial a Yealink phone over the Bridge, however the Yealink phone is able to contact the Grandstream phone. I've tried switching the Master and Slave role between the two 3CX systems, but that didn't make a difference.

Background info on the setup:
  • 3CX Standard license SP2 (15.5.6354.2) - yes I know it's an older version...
  • Grandstream GXP-2140 (Tested on firmware 1.0.8.50 and 1.0.9.71)
  • Yealink T42G and T46G (firmware 28.82.0.20)

This is from the Activity Log when the Grandstream calls the Yealink:

10111@64.191.xxx.xxx:5060 ?
Are you sending the correct digits over the trunk?

Yes.

We have an outbound rule name "To Corp" with the following settings:
  • Numbers starting with Prefix: 1
  • Length: 4
  • Route: [The bridge]
  • Strip digits: 1

And are there any logs, showing what the other end is receiving and how they are being "handled"?

  • Like
Reactions: craigreilly
I would say something incorrectly setup on the outbound rule

What are the extension range and length at each site
