You must also ensure the extension Options allow it to register outside the LAN.

Also check if the ip address of the phone or the network where the registration request from is black listed on 3CX server, I have similar issue on a ip phone locally, it keep saying that "unregistered", eventually; I found that the ip address of the phone was black listed due to many bad login.
