Can you please help me with following questions:
1) Is it possible/supported to connect 3rd party softphones like Zoiper, xlite to 3cx PBX?
I know that I can use 3cx client and it's cool except delay issues we're facing and which I'm trying to solve in another thread
2) When I'm trying to connect such softphone to an extension, I'm getting following error in PBX activity log:
username="******",realm="3CXPhoneSystem",nonce="414d53595b90c89769:ad3caebd8642703568ec77d165794615",uri="sip:******.3cx.ch",response="f1623350fbf3ebdc3a3842f34dc8d696",algorithm=MD5 User-Agent: X-Lite release 5.3.3 stamp 92990 Content-Length: 0 ; Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings
I'm using extension credentials:
And supply same to my softphones:
I also made sure that following option is unchecked for extension:
