Disable Auto-Answer Feature on 3CX Desktop App?

Good day --

We would like to know if anyone knows of a way to disable the auto-answer feature globally, throughout he 3CX system. The feature is available on the Windows Desktop App, but we want to have it removed completely.

We have 3CX server, version 18, Update 5

Any help around this would be appreciated -- I couldn't find much on this topic.

Hello,

Auto-answer happens at the client (not at the server) so it cannot be disabled system wide.

It can only be enabled/disabled in each specific instance of the client.
