Solved Extension Voicemail "*"

Hello!

We have a trunk that direct forward calls to one of our extensions.
We would like to allow callers to just leave a voice message to the extension voicemail

Are there a way to disable the "*" and related message ? We do not want callers to be able to press it and get connected with operators.

At the moment, if they press "*" callers will ear "hold music" and return to the same extension voicemail. We want to avoid this loop.

You can't disable pressing '*' and calling operator, but can edit the prompt (in system prompts -- create copy of prompt set), so callers to not hear the option for calling operator.

I have edited the .wav messge and maybe in the future it will be possible to disable it ;-)

Best way of removing the "*" , record your own message for the voicemail instead of the standard system one.
