Forward to an external number

I am wondering if 3CX supports a particular feature when it comes to call forwarding.

I know that it will support changing the profile status and then configuring the forwarding rules of that profile status to forward to an external number.

Is there a way to dial a code then enter any extension number or external phone number?

Example: Dial code + xxx xxx xxxx - This would then forward to the number entered.

Hi Alex,

The only way is via the 3CX clients or management console, it cannot be done via dial code.
