I am using a hosted instance of 3CX and am waiting for the updated V20 version of 3CX to address the known bug with the VM distribution to ring groups.
In the mean time, I have my VM in ring groups being sent out to a group email distribution list to the appropriate individuals.
Today I started noticing it is taking about 3 hours to have my transcribed google VM delivered. I checked my email server and normal emails are going through promptly.
Is there anything in google transcription that should cause such a delay?
