Hello!
I figured I would post this information and save someone the trouble of researching. As you know, 3CX offers a call-center environment which is great! The wallboard shows current stats and has the option to customize the message in the upper right corner of the wallboard. Instead of it displaying "3CX Wallboard" you can change this to make it more client-specific. Here's how to do so:

  • Make sure your extension has all of the management rights and include your extension in the queue that you want to personalize
  • Login to your extension web client
  • Select "settings" from the left menu
  • Select "Personalize" from the sub-menu
  • Select "Wallbaord" from the next sub-menu
  • Enter text you wish to display
  • Done!
Here's the kicker: you legitimately have to log into every single extension's web client and change this.

3CX - Is there a possibility of this being able to be done from the PBX Admin's stand point in the future? I think that clients would enjoy seeing their company name on their wallboard as opposed to seeing "3CX Wallboard". Thank you in advance for your time and consideration!

Is there a way to to share the Wallboard on TV Screen without any login needed?

Would be great if you could change this globally!
Also if you could use a URL or something to login to the wallboard on a TV.
Bump to both!

What we did on our end is create a "fake" extension for our TVs. Just need to hide their presence from others, and add them to their respective queues or anything you like. We are running both the Wallboard and the Call Queues on our TVs this way.

Also here is the URL for the wallboard (assuming you're logged in)

Should probably get rid of your domain name in the clickable link...

@MaxQz gave the solution. This way you can prepare that Wallboard extension and deploy it on any screen you want. As small PC running windows 10 with chrome can handle this, and you can launch the webclient automatically upon boot if needed. A NUC or Compute Stick could work just fine (not TVs Built in browsers)
