How to view which number a caller has dialed?

I have multiple numbers ringing to my extension.
I have inbound rules for these numbers, with a rule name assigned to each number.
On my 3CX iPhone app, the rule name does not appear on the screen. The caller ID shows up, but not what inbound-rule-name they are calling.
Haven't checked my desk phone yet.
Is it possible to make the rule names appear on my iPhone app screen?

So check your desk phone and let us know. I don't have an iPhone so I can't test that for you but if it doesn't show on either it sounds like you don't have the option set to prepend/append rule/group names.

The Rule Name shows up on the desk phone. It's only on the 3CX phone up that it does not show up.

Is the rule name, at the beginning or the end of he caller ID string? If it is at the end, then it may have been "pushed" off the screen. You could try shortening it to a couple of characters, and place it at the beginning.

Between.Wireless caller and ring group being called.
The desk phone screen shows: Wireless Caller:RuleName:RingGroup
The 3CX app screen only shows wireless caller:RingGroup

Is the 3CX Phone (extension number) a part of the same group that receives the call simultaneously, if not...what is the call flow to it?

The one that works (that shows caller:rulename:ringgroup) is our front desk.
The one that does not show the rule name on the 3CX phone app does not have a desk phone.

But...is the call flow exactly the same on both "sets".

Yes.

If both devices are ringing at the same time (same SIP Invite bing sent to both), then i have to assuem that the 3CX App handles the display differently, which may be a bug, but, would have to be duplicated on another system to confirm.
