Htek 923 firmware

Hello,

With the Htek 923, I am unable to change the ringtones with 2.0.4.4.50 but once I update to 20.0.4.4.52 I can change them. The only downside is that .52 is not supported in the 3CX management console. The phones appear to be functioning fine, but I'm worried that errors may start show/ing up later. Is there any downside to the firmware being unsupported? When will this firmware be supported?

I have already tried changing the phones ringtones: manually on the phone, through 3CX management console, and on the IP interface. No matter where I change it, it will not stick unless updating to .52.

Currently i do not have access to an Htek 923 so i cannot check if i am experiencing the same behaviour so not sure if this is a firmware issue or not. A newer firmware not being supported by 3CX does not mean that you will experience issues just that it is not tested and approved by 3CX. You can use it to have the ringtone working and if you experience any issues you can always downgrade to the recommended one.
