Hello Community,

I'm currently building a 3CX integration for better reporting for me.

I've done some integration stuff with CRM. That gave me integration with contacts and gave me call journaling which I could use as call history.

But even with CRM integration a lot of information that I still need. Some examples are:
  • Queue calls
  • Agent logins/sessions
  • Calls being transferred from one queue to another
  • etc

Is there any other integration way to collect this information from 3CX? API or any continuous type of integration is preferable.

Thanks in advance!!!

@VoIPTools API is definitely your best bet.

Otherwise, they have extensive knowledge of the internals so maybe they can suggest another solution.

I can tell you that Queue Calls do get logged but it's not great at the moment. BIG changes are coming to the CRM integration in Update 4, I suggest waiting for that one. (Should be in beta in a few weeks.)

Thanks for answering, @ConceptsWeb.

Do you know what tool/integration VoipTool is using in order to get more data than what CRM is giving?

They use their own REST API they built around the Call Control API. It's no longer documented nor supported so they are one of the few with good knowledge of it.
