Microsoft 365 Storage Issues

I'm getting intermittent troubles using 365 as storage.

Recently, backups to SharePoint seem to be having issues. Some backups have a size, but the majority don't have a size recorded and aren't valid. I get notified when our failover 3CX tries to restore them as it says the "Provided backup is not valid". Screenshot attached for reference of what's shown.

I'm getting intermittent issues with recording archiving too - it throws error "50023". Full log attached.

I've reauthenticated the 365 integration but it's still the same.

Any suggestions?

Have you deleted the app from Azure and set it back up again fresh rather then just hit the button again?

I have. 'Tis still very broken. It's failing consistently now rather than intermittently.
