Hello,

I can be reached with 2 different numbers: 034811 and 034816.
0348****11 is the Main Trunk No for the SIP.

The case is 0348****16 is an emergency number for outside office hours. I want that number to be automatically forwarded to specific mobile numbers.

I made a DID for both of them and also Inbound Rules. That did not work for me.
Then I tried what this page said: https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk-inbound-calls/#h.31jbk0rbffck . But still did not work.

What are your ideas for this situation? thank you!

You can do this on 3CX very easily as you have already specified with in/out of office hours routing. However if this is not working for you a couple of other ideas could be:

1) Trace and see what the issue is, run a PCAP and support info file from 3CX
https://www.3cx.com/docs/capture-network-traffic/
https://www.3cx.com/docs/collecting-logs-for-3cx-support/

2) If this secondary number is going to be used permanently for mobile divert then why not simply put a divert on your SIP trunking provider platform. Most providers support this feature.

This works. But i wanted it to be on specific hours and that is not possible from there.

What about sending the DID to a "dummy" extension, that then forwards based on the times specified?
