Not found error when calling out

Hi,

I downloaded and installed 3CX latest version (15.5), run the configuration file, my status is available and I can see On Hook. I am using MAC version 10.13. But I cannot make any outbound call. I even tried reinstalling but it is still the same. I tried the client and web client, even tried IOS but still the same. I am not sure if my account has problem.

Can somebody please help me?

Did you create outbound rules? Does the 3CX Activity Log show that the numbers dialled match those rules and the calls are sent to the outbound trunk group?

Do you have outbound trunks?
