Polycom & 3CX Company Address Book

Hello,

does anybody know if one can use the 3CX company address book or any dynamic address book (e. g. LDAP) in a Polycom IP Phone (in our case the Polycom Trio 8800)?

Hi Michael,

That model is not supported so it's unknown and we cannot help with this matter.

You could potentially do your own research comparing an existing supported VVX phone, and see if you can copy a setting from there. They might support the same format we generate for VVX.
