Solved Prevent Door Bell Forward to EXT Voicemail

I have a Grandstream 3710 at the front of each of my buildings. Currently, when you press the doorbell button, it rings two extensions simultaneously in the main office. If neither of those extensions answers, it forwards it to voicemail. I want to prevent the doorbell extension from being forwarded to any voicemail. How can I make this happen? I tried ring groups, but they do not ring to call waiting when the two phones are on another line. It just rings busy.

So, I may have answered my own question. In the GDS3710, there is a setting under "Phone settings" that may solve the problem. I set the "Rining Time" option slightly less than the timeout for unanswered calls. Results are pending.
