I have three different Flowroute SIP Trunks.

When calls come in on trunk 2 or 3 they are getting routed to the Main Trunk No for trunk 1. Even when there is an inbound rule to go to an extension it just always goes to the Main Trunk No for trunk 1.

We have three different groups that we want to keep the billing separate for so we are using different SIP trunks.

Can you not use mulltiple SIP trunks? What am I doing wrong?

Kind of ironic that after messing around for days on this I think I just found the problem. I had the bottom check box unchecked on Trunk 1.

"Use both "Call Source Identification" rules and "Caller Number/Name -> CalledNum" field mappings (Note: Disables catch all routing capability) "

After checking that the calls started routing correctly. So I need to check a few different numbers but I think I fixed the issue.

Hello @Jonathan087

Glad to see the issue has been resolved. Indeed that option allows you to have multiple Flowroute trunks and route the calls correctly. The option is enabled by default in the included template.
The option will force the PBX to look at the source ID section for a match and look at the DIDs of each trunk. If the DID matches then the call will be routed to the correct trunk.
