PWA vs Microsoft store Softphone music on hold inconsistency

Hi all,

anyone a solution for this one?
When being on a call in the PWA v20 and you click on transfer a call, then the MOH is only playing after dialing a colleague or contact.

In the Microsoft softphone the MOH is playing from the moment you hit transfer (which is the desired behavior)

For the PWA there is the workarround to first put on hold and then click on transfer however this used to work if I'm not mistaken.
