Renew 3cx Anual Licence

Greetings everyone.

I've a 3cx free licence expiring next month. The 3cx team sent to me a e-mail telling that after expire I will lose my server maintence, but I didn't understand what do I gonna lose. My PBX will continue to receive and make calls or register SIP Trunks?

If you are on the Free license, you won't lose anything except SC capacity.

1st year: Standard 16SC
After 1st auto-renew: Standard 8SC (or 4SC for v15.5)

You won't lose any features you already have and you don't have to do anything, it will renew in Free mode by itself.

As long as you are on v16 then it will autorenew and continue to work

If it is a free license, you will not have to do anything as it will auto renew for now.

Hello everyone,

We just renewed our license couple days ago and our customer control panel does mention it is valid untill october 2020.

only for the moment I'm unable to login in our PBX manager with the correct login credentials.
Also I've tried the password retrieval option only I'm not receiving any link via email.

Our installation is hosted on 3CX PBX Express.

Is there anyone that might be able to help out?

And unable to retrieve a password recovery link

The management console just refuses my login and is also not sending any password recovery links.

I renewed my license for a 16ch.
