Hi All,
I had posted this question prior, https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/reporting-on-number-input.61993/ and have tried using the suggestion of using a virtual extension to provide the reporting we need, but have found that the data the reporting system sees is less than what is recorded in the CDR records at the file system level.
So the reporting systems only sees the CDR records prior to the Chain statement, where as the fuller (as still misses steps) is only in the file system CDR records.
Is there anything i'm missing to report on the extensions in the Chain part of the record? In my example below, Ext.8011 is my virtual extension, which then drops to a our call queue 8001 and then to a user at 5422.
The reporting system only sees Ext 8100 and 8422 not the IVR steps in between.
TerminatedByDst,Anonymous,Ext.8100,10002,8100,8100,ReplacedDst,Ext.5422,5422,,,,,Chain: Anonymous;Ext.8100;Ext.8011;Ext.8001;Ext.5422;
Failing seeing the chain steps in the reporting system we will use the CDR file records to get this data, but just another system to build up and maintain
thanks all
