We have two ring groups. One is a Prioritized Hunt for when a caller presses option 1 or 2 and the other is a Ring All for when a caller provides no input.
I have two questions on how missed call notifications would work in both these scenarios.

Prioritized Hunt:
1. If a missed call occurs on the Prioritized Hunt Ring Group, will it email all the extensions in that Ring Group that a missed call occurred or will it only email the last extension that rang and didn't answer?

Ring All:
2. If a missed call happens on the Ring All Ring Group, will it email all the extensions that a missed call occurred? If someone answers a call, will it be considered a missed call on the other agent extensions in the Ring Group, and thus cause a missed call email to those extensions even though one of them answered?

Not sure RG give missed call notifications, Qs are, and notifications are sended to EXT admin set in Q, of course admin extension need to have an email adress set .

Unfortunately Calling Queues aren't an option for this client. They have to be on Ring Groups so they can accept multiple calls on an extension.

Ok, so strange to have ideas to multiples calls in same time, all my customer who do this in past, I convince them to use a Q, since they are happy to have only one call at a time. Less stress to have a second call ringing while you are already speaking , and finally they just pick up to keep them on MOH so what is the value to do this ?
IMO Q is doing this alone best way.

This customer needs to have the ability to accept multiple calls for a very specific circumstance. I would like to use queues because they are superior in every other way. Unfortunately for this client, they have to use Ring Groups.
