Hello,
We Have reticently been asked by a new customer of ours to have a look at their existing 3CX installation. They use the Snom M700 Base stations. We haven't had much contact with these devices, therefore I wanted to ask the community what the M700s capabilities are what the phone-book is concerned.
1. I have read that the M700 is only capable of having 200 contacts. Is this correct? What happens when the 3CX Phonebook contains more than 200 contacts?
2. In a forum post I had read that only mobile phone numbers are transferred. Is this still the case? We would have work, private and mobile numbers which would be required on the phones.
3. What contacts are transferred? I have read that the Company phone book is transferred to the mobile devices. Are Office 365, LDAP, CRM contacts also synced with the M700?
4. If I have more than 200 contacts, can I select which ones are synced with the base station?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Kind regards, David Schumann
