Solved unable to comment or create new post under ideas

I can create and comment on posts here but not under the IDEAS section.
It says YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT PRIVILEGES TO REPLY HERE

I didn't see a way to contact a moderator here otherwise I would have done that first.

Only Gold Partners and above, along with Premier Customers (big licenses) can post there. We even can't.

Just know that as a new user, unless you have a lot of experience with 3CX, before posting an idea, ask if it's already there. There's many requests that are already implemented.
