Please add the [Screening] CRM variable to this upcoming v20u10, so that we can push the AI agent screening / summary into the CRM tool.
Highly demanded feature from our biggest customers, especially required for missed calls, so that they can come back to their clients with a maximum amount of information. Where AI Receptionist makes complete sense

While in the CRM variables, would be awesome if you could also add [DID] and [QueueName] ones
