Please add the [Screening] CRM variable to this upcoming v20u10, so that we can push the AI agent screening / context summary into the CRM tool.
Highly demanded feature from our biggest customers, especially required for missed calls, so that they can come back to their clients with a maximum amount of information. Where AI Receptionist makes complete sense

While in the CRM variables, would be awesome if you could also add [DID] and [QueueName] ones

We have been combing through the interface since updating today, and I cannot say enough about how many great interface additions have been added. Just the Phones section alone is a game changer! There are so many great improvements it would be difficult to list them all - and we continue to find more! These changes will reduce everyone's workload significantly and reduce mistakes by giving us the information we need in a single section with the ability to filter it in ways previously unavailable. Yes. i can create a collection and i can delete files which i have uploaded direct on Grok but i cant create it with 3CX

Hi, just for reference, we were able to get the behaviour you described by creating an API key and Management key from the same account but different Teams under Grok.
