Voicemail prompt transfer to external (mobile) number

Is there a way to transfer someone in voicemail to an outside phone number? The boss has seen a feature on another system that plays their voicemail greeting. In that greeting it says "press 3 to be transferred to my cell phone". That way they never have to give out their cell phone number, but customers can go to the cell number if it's important. Suggestions?

What you can do is to enable Ring my mobile at the same time, for that extension. If using a VoIP provider that passes on the CID of the caller, the person has the opportunity to take the call or let it go to the 3Cx voice-mail. Better still, if your 3Cx uses an access digit for outgoing calls, you can pretend that to the caller ID so the caller sees a "9" as a leading digit and knows it comes from 3CX.
