2017 was a great year for 3CX! The release of v15.5 and our PBX Express tool was well received to say the least. And we’re all looking forward to 2018 and what we have in store for our loyal partners and customers.
The holiday season is just around the corner. We’re all getting ready for our office party and preparing for the holiday season with our families and friends as well as wrapping up 2017. Below you will find our holiday season opening hours for our Sales and Support departments during the Christmas period.
From the 25th until the 1st of January (inclusive) our Sales department will be closed. We’ll be back as usual on the 2nd of January (does not apply for our US sales team).
The US Sales team will be open as follows:
- 25th – 26th December: Closed
- 27th – 29th of December: Open as usual
- 1st of January: Closed
- 2nd of January: Business as usual
25th – 26th of December (inclusive): 3CX Support is Closed
Spanish support will not be available from the 25th of December until the 1st of January 2018. Back as usual on the 2nd of January.
Italian support will not be available from the 25th of December until the 7th of January. Back as usual on the 8th of January.
Between the 27th – 29th of December support in all other languages will be available as follows (all times are in UTC+2):
- English (7am – 8pm)
- German (9:30 am – 6pm)
- French (9:30 -6pm)
- Russian (9:30 – 6pm)
