One more award for 3CX! The software PBX has just been awarded “Brand of the Year 2017” in the Public Sector – Education category as part of the Trophies of the Distribution 2018 in Paris, France.
For the past 11 years, French magazine Distributique has partnered with IT Partners to organize the Trophies of the Distribution Awards, which aim to celebrate the very best distributors and vendors in the market. Awards are given based on votes from French resellers, allowing them to designate the brands and distributors which have collaborated with them most effectively over the past year.
The case study presented this year by 3CX, which allowed us to take home the title of Brand of the Year 2017, is the successful implementation of 3CX by the UFCV (l’Union Française des Centres de Vacances et de Loisirs). The association wanted to replace its old and obsolete analog PBX with a more modern and flexible phone system. 3CX’s Unified Communications solution allowed them to reduce their telco costs via a flexible, user friendly and ergonomic platform. The UFCV can now integrate advanced collaboration features, allowing them to optimize daily tasks and call flows.
