To get access to the full list of 20 servers, you’ll need to update your WP-Live Chat plugin to version 8.0.26
Automatic Server Selection
For better chat load distribution in the latest version of the plugin, admins will no longer be able to manually select a preferred server. Instead, server selection is now done automatically.
We found that with manual server selection, admins would typically select the first couple of servers from the list. If too many users connected to the same server, chat delay issues could occur, hence why we went ahead with this new server selection approach.
To expand on the above, both agents and their customers will automatically connect to different chat servers for better load distribution and improved chat delivery speed. This is possible due to the fact that all chat servers are able to talk to each other and deliver chat messages to users connected on a different server.
