WP-Live Chat Support Releases Biggest Update yet and Now Runs on Google App Engine

The WP-Live Chat Plugin just got even better. We’ve just released our biggest update yet, update 8.0.36, with a whopping 191 changes! These changes include a move away from EvenNode and onto the Google App Engine making the plugin more performant especially with multi-region chats.

Additionally:

• The ‘Typing…’ feature is now fixed.
• Moved away from EvenNode and onto Google App Engine for high performance multi-region chat. All this is for FREE. (No one else does this).
• We are deprecating our old Chat Servers. This means that users with old plugin versions will stop working at the end of July.
• Chat Date/Time, Agent Ratings, File Transfer are all enabled by default now.
