    Somehow we ended up with one C600 that is hardware version 1. The installed 3CX firmware is 13.306.238.28.B which has some issues compared to phones with hardware version 2 on 13.371.320.40.2 Will there be any further development and firmware releases on hardware version 1?

    Found a messy one. I flubbed the users extension on the 3CX prompt during initial provisioning. How do you get that prompt to come back? I had to factory reset and re-install the 3CX firmware a number of times and eventually it came up. Thanks hg

    Resolved and wanted to post back. I went into Extensions in the 3CX console and selected regenerate. Then I went on the phone performed a factory reset, waited 15 minutes, performed a second factory reset and on boot the phone displayed the 3cx Authentication Prompt again. Odd but hope this helps.
