  3. Cisco SPA112 and Polycom Conference Calls

    I'm using a SPA112 adapter to hook our Polycom Phone into 3CX. In the past we could call someone on the Polycom, put the line on hold, call another person then merge the 2 calls. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so how to do it?

  5. Answer different extension

    I'm wondering if there is a way to answer another extension. If someone is calling someone in our department and they have stepped out of the office is there a way to answer that call on a different phone? On our old PBX we could press a key combination to pick up whatever extension we wanted to.

  7. Digital Receptionist Audio Prompts cuts out

    Thank you for the response. Unfortunately our cut outs sometimes occur 10-15 seconds into the audio file. I'm going to try to record the audio directly from 3cx using a phone instead of uploading an Audacity rendered file to see if that helps at all.

    Yes it is configured correctly on the phone, works when outside the facility on 4g and when using someone else's wifi network. Edit: Problem solved. The Web Protection on our networks Sophos firewall was blocking packets from our external IP on the other network.

    I had the same problem and it turned out to be an issue with my modem, make sure SIP Helper is turned off in the modem as well.

    Yes it's in Bridge Mode, the Sip ALG is turned off and the firewall checker says everything is fine. I'm going call the ISP today to see what they can do on their end
