We must have a communication disconnect here. I just checked my testing box for v18 and I created a webmeeting that is running off that 3CX PBX, no longer outsourcing it to some cloud system URL.@SyncWave No they are still two separate platforms. One for web conferencing, one for calls including video calls. They are not really suited to be merged. However the integration will be much better as it will feel more integrated into 3CX. Just that attendees on smartphones will still have the video start up in a separate app window... i dont think it makes a big difference in my view....... If you just want to make video calls, then i agree its better to have it in the 3CX phone app. We have it now for 1 on 1 and we will add more capability there.
Hi @nicojmb,Hi @Nick Galea with the first release of v18 the CFD has the "Parallel Execution" support?
Any ETA to final version?
We have a project in standby waiting to this function.
Great, and ETA for v18 system (not the CFD).?Hi @nicojmb,
The CFD for v18 will include the Parallel Execution component.
The release of this new version will be a few weeks after the final release of v18, as we usually do. Please keep an eye on the 3CX blog.
Regards.
We can't provide any ETA, but v18 is the next major release, so it will be soon....Great, and ETA for v18 system (not the CFD).?

With this component you can for example play a prompt while you're accessing a database to get some data. Currently these operations are executed in sequence.Hi, What would permit the parallel execution for CFD? In my mind, it is already doing it.
While there may be new providers generally coming in the future, at the time of writing we do not have plans to add support for Bulk SMS. We are focusing on P2P Messaging only. Are there anymore SMS proividers in the pipeline, specifically UK enabled, Im currently providing some NHS clients with a 3rd party portal for bulk SMS, will 3CX be able to bulk SMS also?
Thanks for the response Nick!!While there may be new providers generally coming in the future, at the time of writing we do not have plans to add support for Bulk SMS. We are focusing on P2P Messaging only.
@Nick Galea just a quick addition talking about chat notification in the Windows client:@noord - good suggestion, we are taking it onboard to get better notification in the web client and Windows client! And about web windows version, good point. We did have one years ago unfortunately each choice has its pros or cons. But we will consider!
@JueGra Sorry for late response and thank you for detailed feedback. With v18 we are making a massive step towards private MCU. Its not far off but its hard to give exact dates. How it will work is that you are able to download and install an MCU setup. Host it in your cloud (or on premise but you need a lot of bandwidth) and then you can point all meetings in 3CX to this MCU. Its probably something we will do in the coming months but i cant commit to a date. V18 has the webmeeting portal and all important stuff onboard so we need to finish that first.Hello Nick,
Best regards
Jürgen
When can we expect the first beta of V18? Some neat stuff coming that we're eager to play with!@JueGra Sorry for late response and thank you for detailed feedback.
