Dear 3CX,

Please fix this annoying error that has plagued our Yealink to Fanvil conversions.

On our Yealinks, if the transferee hangs up the call gets transferred to the the recipient. On Fanvil's you must click transfer twice. This is an easy fix, looks as if 3CX forgot to enable "Attended Transfer on Onhook". Also, if you want to transfer the call before the recipient answers, "Semi-Attended Transfer" must also be enabled.

At least publish this in the current V18 Alpha and see if people like it maybe?

Edit: Using V16, but would like to see 3CX try it out in the Alpha

Hi @chance-wmt

We do not support semi-attended transfers, so it is disabled in the phones that allow it via provisioning at least

Why dont you have to do this on the 3CX app, can we atleast enable "attended transfer on hook" like the Yealink template has specified?

The 3CX app is written entirely by us, so it cannot really be compared with phones.

You can try enabling that function, but be aware that your system will be running in an unsupported scenario. If it misbehaves, or you have stuck calls, or the device stays busy after the transfer, then we recommend you simply revert to the default provisioning by resetting/re-provisioning your device back.

At the moment there are no plans to change the default provisioning from what it is now.
