Grandstream 2170 Inbound Ringtone

I have two Grandstream 2170 desk phones that were recently provisioned via 3CX. When they call each other the default system ringtone plays. I've configured the PBX to provision the system ringtone for a call queue as well. Unfortunately, when they receive any call from an external number Custom Ringtone 3 plays instead of the System Ringtone that the users would prefer.

Is there any way to resolve this issue without using an edited template?

It would seem that, at this point, modifying the template, is the only way to retain any changes to the ringtone, when the set downloads a config file.

My apologies. I looked at the joined date and thought that was the post date. Looks like this request is still fresh and we need to wait for a response from 3CX in terms of an updated template for Grandstream 21xx phones.

Please note that through the PBX you can configure the default ringtone of the phone which is everything that does not have distinctive ringing and the ringtone for calls coming from Queues.
Currently there is no option for external calls so the only way to configure that is through a custom template.
