Hi all,
Hope all is well!

I need to dedicate a range of extensions. Lets say 100 till 200 to a department.

Now I want that range can only see and call those extensions and not all the others. Ex: I want that 101 can see from 100 to 200 and not 010.

I have all the extensions in their respective department group.

In the group rights > global rights. The publish group information to all extensions is not ticked. But still all groups can see all extensions.

Am I missing something?

The user is probably in multiple group, thus why you see all of them. Also, even if the user doesn't SEE the other extensions on the Webclient/apps, they can still call them if they have the ext number. There's no restrictions there and no, there's no way to put some.

I will set up the publish group info on every group then.
