We are continuously getting no audio with Fanvil X4G phones (Firmware versions: 2.4.0.5572 & 2.10.0.6646) using 3 SIP trunks with Twilio, users are also unable to hear on the soft client on their mobile devices

- A quick fix tends to be a restart of the server (Server is on: 15.5.15502.6).

3cx supported firmware is only 2.10.0.6646 soi update your phones to this level.
Do you use supported templates or customised one ?

If you didn't follow this previously see :

Did 3CX Firewall checker passes (green)?

Sounds like you need to update your firewall rules/port forwarding. Prior to SP6 the RTP range was 9000-9500. With SP6 it was changed to 9000-10999. The typical behavior is that it works after a reboot for a period of time (dependent on call volume) and then you lose audio. Rebooting fixes the issue temporarily

Hi Cobaltit, thanks for this, there was a range from 9500 to 9999 which was being blocked so we will run with that for a while.

I've just noticed in a post it mentions the "internal port range change: 7000-8499 (UDP)" don't suppose you know what it's referring to for "Internal"?

call between local extensions

These are the ports used by the PBX to communicate with local extensions.
