Hi,
I'm new to 3cx, but it seem to be pretty brilliant.
I have run into one strange issue while trying to get phones to provision.
We have Cisco SPA504G phones, and the guides say to set the provision URL in the phone to:
http://192.168.5.1:5000/provisioning/$MA.xml
which doesn't work, on investigation in IIS, i found that the provisioning files are actually located at:
http://192.168.5.1:5000/provisioning/wccq2mgy2t/$MA.xml
Only by forcing a re-provision to that address can I get the phone to provision. The phone then has http://192.168.5.1:5000/provisioning/$MA.xml as its provisioning URL, so it wont auto provision again.
Surely something is wrong as non of the manuals mention a subfolder or the provisioning URL
Thanks for your help!
EDIT: running 3CX Free, looking to upgrade to a paid version very soon, and its version 12.0.31763.282
