We are running a local windows VM for our hosted server that has been running great for quite some time. That being said, we're still running build 18.0.7.312 (Update 7 Final) from March. It's finally calm enough to update 3CX and I was just trying to do some CYA work before pulling the trigger. The VM will be snapshotted before the upgrade for good measure. I'm just trying to see if there will be any obvious reasons to expect dozens of IT tickets when I roll into work the next day!
After sifting through the extensive changelog since then, I'm curious to see if we'll be affected by any unforeseen consequences from some of these changes. We have around 200 extensions with a blend of Fanvil, Yealink, and Grandstream desk phones. Roughly half of our users have their iPhones registered through the iOS app as well.

Thank you for any feedback, everyone!
Here are the things that I'm most concerned about:
- Fanvil time zones - We had to manually log into each phone individually earlier this year to get all of our Fanvil phones on the correct time zone. I'm curious as to whether or not the Fanvil fix that has since been implemented will undo our previous work and knock them back into the wrong time zone. I'm sure some minor things will change on a large scale with the new firmware updates for all of the brands of phones that we use, but this time zone issue kinda scares me since the vast majority of our phones are Fanvils.
- iOS certificates - I don't recall the specifics, but I seem to remember a time in the past where a handful of users had to remove/reinstall the app due to a certificate being updated after a 3CX upgrade. Again, I don't recall exactly what the reason for this was and could possibly be misremembering things. Seeing this on the changelog just threw up a flag for me.
- Welcome email - We have been using a rather heavily modified welcome email template for quite some time. Will this upgrade simply override the old template with a "fresh" one or could there potentially be issues with the new one incorrectly merging with the verbiage of the old one?
- I hope there isn't a #4
