Hello,
We are deploying Polycom IP Phones with 3cx server, and I noticed that a user accidentally dialed *30 (this was provisioned to one of their BLFs for some reason).
I heard the RTP, 3cx replies to the INVITE and sends a media stream saying "Available Status Set".
Apparently, the Polycom device just set their status to Available by dialing that dial code (*30).
Right after the call, the Polycom IP Phone rebooted.
My question:
Is there any reason why the phone rebooted right after the end of that brief call?
Regards,
George
