Can there be a little fix for auto reload the webclient when the session expired? I think the webclient knows when the session expired, but when the user does not get it, there is an incoming call, he wants to take, the webclient says "session expired". After reloading the webclient, you can not take the call any more.
We have this little problem since we are more in homeoffice.
3CX autostarts as a chrome application and can reach the system without any VPN. When the colleague starts VPN, the 3CX would be routet over this to the internal IP. Without reloading the 3CX Webclient the session expires.
Must be a little to fix this, what do you think?

It's not Office 365, it's Microsoft 365 now.

3CX App for Windows Beta - Why Beta when there are only fixes in the release?
If you are talking about the update notification the Windows app receives in update 6, that is still in beta. Fixes ≠ Stable, so we still have to test it!

ALL Partners Try it Free
Partners are now able to try out our hosting option (currently in Beta) for their own NFR keys. From your partner portal, select the deploy option and choose “Let 3CX Host”. You can choose to host your test key, production license key, or both! Be sure to let us know what you think. Our hosting service is available in selected countries, check if you are in a supported country here.

I can't see the option to deploy NFR keys from the Partner Portal. Anyone else done this?

Hey @StefanW

I noticed the Extension column in CFD Apps... where can we assign it?

:)

Under keys, you will see your NFR keys - to the far right you should see 'Lets 3CX Host' icon

this means you have or had deployed your NFR in your own cloud in which we cannot track if it is still there or not. You may contact support or your CM to remove the lock and enable the hosting option.

We will release a CFD beta soon so you can also test that functionality.
Can't wait!

Quick question: how can we request deletion of an instance hosted by 3CX? The new hosting thing. I tried it but I need CFD apps on my lab instance so I have to migrate it back to my own cloud.

You trapped yourself Fred :D , or in french : scier la branche sur laquelle on est assis.:p

3CX has done what it takes to hide the surprises :D:p lol
Generally, from one Alpha / beta version to another .. I find surprises in the source codes.
This time ..
I can't find any hidden options !!!! lol

Exception of a few comments ... who has no logic lol
Make outbound call ... only for PRO or ENTERPRISE licenses ? Impossible, you will not dare o_O

The comment is surely for the upcoming function ... customize the Caller ID on the Outbound Rules..

Please reassure me :-)

All sorted - can't believe how easy it was to deploy with 3CX hosting, good stuff!

Any plans for NDI support in the Windows client?

Doubt this will happen but it would be great to have the license cost included in the hosted 3cx rate (monthly).

Any reason I would get the following error when attempting to update?

Code:
Ign:1 http://repo.saltstack.com/apt/debian/9/amd64/archive/2019.2.0 stretch InRelease
Err:2 http://repo.saltstack.com/apt/debian/9/amd64/archive/2019.2.0 stretch Release

Hit:8 http://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/4.4/debian stretch InRelease

Reading package lists...
E: The repository 'http://repo.saltstack.com/apt/debian/9/amd64/archive/2019.2.0 stretch Release' does no longer have a Release file.

Disregard, this is answered here

Not really an issue for me, but will there be an attempt to correct this update error without needing to access every terminal? If not, is this something I need to prepare as an eventuality in the future?

How long are we talking here for this to be released for retail customers?

Like any other software under development, when it's ready....Best guestimate would be a month-ish.. is there a particular feature you are waiting on?
