Hello all,

We are running a Debian9 VM hosted on AWS servers. While attempting to update v18.0.3.450 to v18.0.3.461 (Hotfix 1 (Security and Memory Issue)) it fails each time. I have attempted to reboot/restart and run the update again but will continue to fail.
I have listed/attached the error log down bellow. Any advice on how to fix this issue and update successfully would help!

Thanks!

3cxpbx is already the newest version (18.0.3.450).

Right off the bat, using the official ISO would probably solve this.

I believe you will want to be on Debian 10, not Stretch(9) since you have repo's for Buster(10)

Before you do anything, make sure you have a recent 3CX .zip backup!

- You could try apt --fix-broken install like the error log suggests, but I think you will still be missing some of the dependencies that are only available in Debian 10.

- A better option, You could try a distro update from Debian 9 to Debian 10. This is the tutorial I have used in the past, your mileage may vary: https://phoenixnap.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-debian-9-stretch-to-debian-10-buster

- The best option, You could install with the official ISO and restore a backup: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v18-linux-iso/

Other options that are AWS specific:
- https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-amazon-aws-marketplace/

I hope this helps!
