Huntingdon Town Council Votes in Favor of Modern PBX, Upgrades to 3CX

The birthplace of famed political leader Oliver Cromwell and traditional market town was chartered in 1205 and is now home to around 25,000 inhabitants.

Although large enough to require a significant level of support for its public services, the small town’s budget forced the council to seek alternatives to their costly, outdated phone system. Although they needed to seek out a more cost effective solution, the council still required a high-performing system with features that would enable council members to communicate efficiently. Additionally, the council’s previous phone system had no support which resulted in numerous occurrences of downtime. To address these concerns, Huntingdon Town Council turned to 3CX for a more modern communications solution.
