Today’s Release Candidate includes a small number of updates and fixes summarised below with details on how to access included.
What This Release Candidate Includes
- The Welcome email template has been updated with more information on how to get started with 3CX. Make sure to download the "Desktop App" (Electron App) for Windows and Mac for a more native experience!
- The "System owner" user, for hosted instances, can no longer edit their role. This safeguard measure was implemented to avoid a user from accidentally changing the role and losing access to the system.
- RPS has received a number of fixes regarding configuration failures. For example, to avoid adding an IP phone twice and create conflict, you will now receive a notification that the MAC Address is already in use.
- Product text and explanations have been improved.
- Translations have been updated across multiple languages on the Web Client and Apps, WebMeeting (Browser & Apps), Management Console and Email Templates as well as the Portal. Check them out and let us know in the Forum if any further updates are needed.
