The full release of the 3CX App for Android is now available from the Google Play store. It introduces WhatsApp integration and improvements to SMS/MMS, in line with Update 5. The Android App is now fully aligned to Version 18 meaning V16 instances will no longer be supported.
Reply to WhatsApp & SMS on the go with 3CX App
WhatsApp integration has been added in Update 5 allowing you to reply to WhatsApp messages as a team. This means your support teams have no reliance on any physical device using the WhatsApp Business app. Added to that, we’ve simplified the way SMS/MMS is configured making it super easy to respond to incoming messages from the 3CX, no matter where in the world you are.
Still on v16? Why?!
3CX version 18 is faster, more reliable, and delivers a streamlined messaging experience. Android app users trying to connect to a V16 instance will be presented with a notification with links to check out more information about v18.
