Update 5 Final launch date is now close at hand. With this Release Candidate we’ve updated a number of SIP Trunk templates, improving interoperability as well as fixing minor issues. Watch this space for our Final version coming soon.

- Fixed issue with characters unable to save in the Live Chat editor
- Fixed issue with the Dial in Video Conferencing causing 1 way audio
- Fixed issue with Meet screen sharing on the Desktop app
How to get Update 5 Release Candidate
Try out Update 5 RC for Linux on Debian 10 ISO or on Windows. Current version 18 users can upgrade to the Release Candidate from the Management Console. Alternatively, you can create a new, hosted trial account.
