A hotfix is available for V18 Update 5. This addresses a localized and intermittent issue that causes WhatsApp messages to be delivered blank - with no content. No PBX functionality is affected.
We urge you to install the Hotfix as soon as possible to ensure your WhatsApp messages are always correctly delivered.
To install the hotfix
Click on “Updates” in the Management Console’s Dashboard, and select “New 18.0 Update 5 Hotfix” to install this update on your PBX.
