Building on the Alpha, Update 2 BETA is further advancing in AI & Teams Integration.

V20 Update 2 Alpha was packed with new features to enable users to make the most out of their 3CX.

This BETA focuses on improving and further enhancing these features to make them ready for a production environment soon.

What was in the Alpha:
