Hello Everyone, I am new to the forum, I have tried to search about this but all I found does not give me the exact explanation.

I have 2 pro licences connected over master and slave bridges wich are registered and working (I can make calls through it via the relative outbound rule I have created).

I have 3 digits extensions on both sides and I need to see presence of each other on both sides; I have checked publish information and receive information on both sides and added all extensions on the "Add users that can see remote presence" .

I would expect to see extensions of the other pbx appear in my webapp / webclient, or I would like to add BLF button with remote extension in my Yealink phone but I don't see any of these...

Am I missing something? Do I have to enalble something else or make something else? I have read about making "fake extensions" on both sides with forwarding rules to the remote extension... is this the solution or there is something I am missing?)

Sorry, maybe this is a simple thing but I didn't fin anything searching in the forum or googling every combination of bridge presence blf words..

thanks in advance

I forgot to add that pbx's were connected using fqdn, but we also have VPN so I even tried to change fqdn with private ip, the are still registered but same problem...

Hello @tecno

You should be able to receive and send presence across bridged systems and the remote extensions should appear in your web client / Windows client if setup correctly. https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/advanced/3cx-bridge-configuration/
Also make sure that your https port is open so that presence information can be communicated across the 2 sites.
BLF keys over the bridge are not possible as mentioned by @eddv123

Hello Everyone,
first of all thank You all for responing, I really appreciate it;

I noticed one error in my configuration and it was in the "Receive information(PRO)" "Remote PBX Server Hostname or IP and HTTPS Port " where I didn't insert the port at the end of the fqdn ex. myserver.3cx.it:5001 or myserverprivateip:5001.

After inserting the port I saw appearing all the extensions in my windows App, bytheway they do appear with the "Outbound rule prefix to reach remote 3CX PBX" number in front; is there a way to hide that so I can see the exact 3 digits extension and not 4 digits ?

@YiannisH_3CX is the blf over bridge something that 3cx would be supporting in the future?

Thanks Everyone

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution.

You will need to remove the prefix for that to happen as the extensions appear with the prefix so that the users can dial them from the presence screen and tell them apart if the ranges between the 2 systems overlap.

This i do not know. What i can suggest is posting this as a feature request to our ideas section of the forum https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ . All posts are reviewed by their corresponding Departments and, if feasible and voted for by other users as well, may be implemented in an upcoming service pack or update
