Hi,
I have been using 3cx for the past 3 days, and so far I love it.

However, there is one setting that I cannot find anywhere.

- How can I disable direct dialing of an extension from an IVR ?

Example :
IVR 001 - Welcome IVR (during opening hours)
IVR 808 - IVR outside of office hours

The problem:
When a user calls outside office hours, he gets to IVR 808 (which is OK), however, if he then dials 001, he gets transferred to the Standard Welcome IVR, giving him access to options that he shouldn't hear when the office is closed.

What I want :
I want to disable the direct extension dialing of certain extensions (like IVR 001), so no one can access it directly. These extensions should only be accessible via an IVR key option or as Inbound rule Destination.

How can I change this setting?

I am using 3CX Standard Hosted on the Cloud.

Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. I already read that thread.
In the thread, it is mentionned that I should put a custom paramater in :
3CX Management Console > Settings > Parameters > Customer Parameters tab.

However, I don't see this in my 3CX install. There is no "Paramaters" button.

Thanks

If there is no parameters button then you are either not on the current version of 3CX, you are on a multi-tenant version or you aren't logged in as admin but rather as an extension with management console access. There might be some other conditions but one of these three are most likely.

Hello @charly

If you are using the Free 3CX hosting instance then parameters and a few other options are not available to you because of the hosting admin feature. To have access to those settings you will need to host the PBX to an instance you control.
